Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Team Leader to manage and guide a team toward achieving performance goals and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. The Team Leader will serve as the key link between team members and upper management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and team morale remains high. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and ensure team members are meeting performance targets. Delegate tasks and monitor team workload and deadlines. Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to encourage growth and performance improvement. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and promote collaboration. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance using key metrics. Address employee issues and resolve conflicts professionally. Report team progress, challenges, and results to management. Foster a positive and productive team environment. Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using standard office software and relevant tools. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
