We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader / Senior Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing travel business. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international travel, a strong sales background, and experience leading a team in the travel industry. This role involves managing outbound tour sales, guiding a team of travel consultants, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales targets. 3 to 5+ years of experience in outbound travel sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Prior experience in a team leader, supervisor, or senior sales consultant role in the travel industry. Extensive knowledge of international travel destinations, visa processes, and tour planning . Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
