Job Title:Team Leader – Warehouse Operations (24x7) Job Type:Permanent Job Location: Dankuni, Old Delhi Road, Bhadua, Hooghly, West Bengal Salary: 30,000 (in-hand) per month (applicable statutory deductions i.e. Professional Tax) Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage round-the-clock warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and team coordination. * Lead a team of warehouse staff and ensure adherence to operational processes, safety, and company policies. * Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. * Monitor daily activities and maintain MIS reports, productivity trackers, and SOP compliance. * Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth operational flow. * Handle manpower planning, team motivation, performance evaluation, and issue resolution. Required Qualifications & Experience: * Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Science background preferred). * Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including at least 3 years in a team-leading/supervisory role. * Sound knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), inventory control, dispatch planning, and basic Excel. * Ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
