Team Manager - Design ( Genset Domain using Creo Skills)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proven Team Manager - Design with 6 to 8 years of experience, possessing strong expertise in the Genset Domain using Creo Skills. This leadership role is critical for overseeing and guiding a team of design engineers in the comprehensive development of generator sets. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design conceptualization, detailed design, and refinement phases for various genset components and assemblies, utilizing Creo as the primary CAD tool. You will be responsible for setting design standards, ensuring design quality, and implementing best practices within the team. A key aspect of this role is your extensive team management experience, which includes mentoring junior engineers, conducting performance reviews, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a collaborative and productive design environment. You will review and approve designs, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, industry standards, and project timelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as R&D, manufacturing, testing, and sales will be crucial to ensure design manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with market requirements.
