Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Manager located in Odisha. The Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team to ensure quality review services are delivered to clients, managing daily operations, setting team goals, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to team members. Additionally, the Team Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to improve their business reviews. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in managing client relationships and providing customer support Problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with digital marketing and online review management Ability to work effectively on-site in the Cuttack district Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus Show more Show less
