Job Description

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, upbeat environment. Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, floats, and other treats with care and consistency. Offer product recommendations and answer customer questions about flavors, ingredients, and allergens. Handle transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including counters, equipment, and dining areas. Restock supplies, cups, cones, and merchandise as needed. Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively during shifts. Uphold Amadora’s standards of quality, service, and presentation.
