Job Description

Position: Associate Development Manager(AADM). Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in agency channel, direct sales, field sales, life insurance, target achievement, and team handling. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure timely reporting on sales metrics and provide feedback to stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in agency channel management. Strong understanding of direct sales principles and practices. Proven track record of achieving targets through effective team handling and leadership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Qualification: Any Graduate Must have a two-wheeler & a valid licence. Must have experience in Field sales.
