We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with 0 -2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services, answer queries, and close sales.Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services to provide accurate information to customers.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management.Database Management: Update customer records and sales activity accurately in the CRM system.Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market feedback.Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 0-2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs while delivering exceptional service.Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software.Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify customer issues and offer effective solutions.Team Player: Collaborative with the team while being self-motivated.
