Title: Teamcenter PLM Administrator About GlobalFoundries Introduction: Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of S/4 HANA, PLM Team Center and CRM MS-Dynamics across five releases. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Assist in the e2e process design, build, test, integration of I2P (Idea to Product) value stream Provide technical and functional guidance for Architecture, Deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM Assist in the resolution of process and integration design issues related to I2P Value Stream Administer and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM environment. Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter servers, clients, and associated components using deployment center is must. Perform the Clone of the existing Teamcenter environment Perform/support the Teamcenter/AW upgrade to next released version Creating data migration scripts as per business requirement Manage user accounts, roles, access rights, and security settings. Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches. Coordinate and support backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations. Collaborate with developers and support teams for deployments and troubleshooting. Maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and procedures. Writing/modifying SQL query, ITK utilities, Powrshell/Batch scripts as per business needs. Provide technical support and issue resolution related to Teamcenter usage. Communicate and coordinate with GTAC on highlighting the product issue and getting the fix for the same Your Job : Work on Teamcenter Administration for production environments with 6-10 years of hands-on experience. Ensure Teamcenter environment stability, availability, and performance for end users. Act as the primary point of contact for all Teamcenter administrative tasks and issues. Maintain integration between Teamcenter and other enterprise applications. Handle Teamcenter Architecture, Deployment, and Infrastructure design and support. Utilize Deployment Center for environment setup and upgrades. Implement and support Teamcenter in distributed and multisite environments, including TCXML-based and classic multisite configurations. Perform FMS configuration and manage Teamcenter Access Rights (ACLs, groups, roles). Lead AW/Teamcenter upgrade planning and execution using Deployment Center. Support data migration activities, within Teamcenter or from other Platforms. Handle T4EA configuration and implementations. Use PowerShell, SQL scripting, and batch scripting for automation and maintenance tasks. Work on Organization Management (User, Person, Group, Role). Leverage Azure DevOps for tracking and deployment activities. Apply code management practices using SVN and participate in CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins. Support and troubleshoot issues across all Teamcenter modules and services. Participate in Teamcenter lift-and-shift cloud migration projects. Collaborate with business users and technical teams, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. Stay up to date with Siemens PLM product updates and best practices, incorporating them where necessary. Prepare compliance and audit documentation as required by IT governance standards. Other Responsibilities: Train and mentor users on Teamcenter best practices and usage. Support PLM project planning, estimation, and execution activities. Work with the cybersecurity team to ensure Teamcenter complies with organizational security standards. Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and customer calls as needed. Assist with license management, including monitoring usage and planning for renewals. Provide after-hours support for critical issues or scheduled maintenance. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications : Bachelors or Master in Engineering / Science Degree Overall, 6+ Years of Experience Fluency in English Language - written & verbal Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to the Hi-Tech industry Experience with integration of Teamcenter with ERP(SAP), CRM, MES System. Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture Experience with build, deploy and maintain Teamcenter environment using deployment center.
