Position Overview:Tech 4 Logic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive and manage end-to-end IT sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the IT domain.Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Managers.Client Engagement:Understand client requirements and present customized IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.Conduct high-level presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and post-sales support.Sales Pipeline Management:Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closure.Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate sales data and forecasts.Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop competitive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.Market Intelligence:Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Tech 4 Logic as a market leader.Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement of service offerings. Key Requirements:Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 25 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including networking, security, and infrastructure services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and manage multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms.Self-motivated with a result-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
