Job Title: Tech Lead Experience : 10+ Years Shift Time : 11 AM – 8 PM Must have Skills : Laravel, Nuxt.js, Next.js, Socket.io, PWAs Good to have skills: CI/CD pipelines, AWS Lambda, Docker, SaaS We are looking for a Tech Lead with a deep passion for software engineering and a proven track record of delivering high-quality full-stack solutions. As a senior member of our development team, you will drive the technical direction of projects, mentor engineers, and lead the end-to-end development of scalable web and mobile applications. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on expertise in both front-end and backend technologies, DevOps, and project management tools. Responsibilities: Lead the software development lifecycle from design through deployment and maintenance. Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Frontend: Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Quasar, React.js, Next.js, Redux, Vuetify, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap Backend: Laravel, Lumen, Node.js, Express.js Mobile: Ionic, React Native Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with JSON-based data exchange formats. Implement real-time features using Socket.io . Optimize and manage relational databases using MySQL, MariaDB, and MSSQL . Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (including S3 buckets) and DigitalOcean . Ensure quality code via version control tools: GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket . Integrate third-party services and payment platforms like Stripe, PayPal , Google Maps API, etc . Coordinate tasks and progress with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc . Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices in testing and CI/CD. Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to hiring processes. Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack and workflow. Experience with building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), including offline capabilities, service workers, and responsive design. Key Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in full-stack engineering roles. Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript , PHP , and web architecture. Expertise in cloud-based deployments , microservices, and distributed systems. Solid grasp of security, performance optimization, and software scalability. Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Proven leadership in managing or mentoring technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Bonus Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker). Familiarity with serverless computing (AWS Lambda). Contributions to open-source or public GitHub portfolio. Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software development environment.
