Job Title : Tech Lead - Java + AWS Engineer Location : Bangalore - Whitefield (3 Days a Week) Experience : 9 - 12 Years Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead high-performance Java applications with cloud integration using AWS. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of application data in the cloud environment, while also mentoring a team of developers. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and development of Java-based applications in a cloud environment using AWS. Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot and implement solutions in a cloud-based architecture. Leverage data streaming and messaging technologies like Kafka, WSS, Spring Messaging to ensure seamless communication across microservices. Ensure full application dataflow in AWS, including ingress, routing, authentication, authorization, security, auditing, and patching. Guide the team on best practices and ensure the successful implementation of modern SDLC tools like Gradle, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews to ensure the development of clean and maintainable code.
