Role Purpose: Responsible for the overall programmable Networking development & maintenance strategy, implementation roadmap and line management of the team. Key Accountabilities: Guide development teams on issues related to the design, development, and deployment Leads team of developers and guides them in applying best practices in engineering development Supports engineering development process and ensures focus on the Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration by the junior members of the team Build partnership with stakeholders and guides them on expectations from the engineering development process Preferred Experience and Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience. Experience in leading engineering teams Job Title: Technical Product Manager Location: Bengaluru Exp: 10+ years of proven work experience in product management, corporate finance solutions, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and support Job Summary: The Product Manager will own specific work streams as a part of a broader problem-solving process, identify the most relevant information (from across the functional & Product teams) required to test specific hypotheses, and synthesize the relevant information to build actionable recommendations to the business. The ideal candidate should be able to: Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations Ability to articulate in documenting end to end product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team Solid business background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in financial applications such as ERP, tax and analytical solutions. This includes managing system requirements, evaluating products and solutions, design, integration, implementation, and maintenance of corporate revenue applications. Experience in multiple software product launches through their lifecycle, and adept at driving communication, planning, measurement, and decision processes within the team and in partnership with key stakeholder organizations. Experience working with Application, Product Engineering, Cloud-based teams and Analytical teams that employ scrum and agile methodologies. Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time sensitive situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences as well as communicating as effectively to individual contributors as you do with executives Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships, build credibility and trust with team members and Senior Leadership leveraging a dynamic leadership presence Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
