Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tech Support Engineer with 24 years of experience in a technical support capacity. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining system stability, resolving production issues, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience through proactive monitoring and incident management Core Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners effectively. Identify, analyze, and resolve production-level issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect system anomalies. Drive and encourage automation of routine support tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability. Perform detailed incident management and conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence. Maintain clear documentation and coordinate cross-functional communication within engineering, QA, and product teams. Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration-level issues using advanced techniques. Collaborate closely with Engineering teams for deployment and release-related support. Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical incidents or production outages. Required Skills: experience in MySQL, MongoDB, Shell Scripting, and Git. Hands-on experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and optimization. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes is a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills.
