Tech Support Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support Engineer with expertise in the MERN Stack to provide overnight technical support. The ideal candidate will assist in resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth operations for our applications. Shift Timings: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM IST Role & responsibilities: Provide technical support for web applications and services built using the MERN stack. Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, application errors, and system logs. Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues encountered by users. Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Assist in deployments, updates, and maintenance of MERN-based applications. Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js . Familiarity with server-side debugging, REST APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision. Prior experience in a technical support or DevOps role is preferred.
