We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Fonteva Configuration Analyst or Fonteva System Analyst with hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Fonteva platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce and proven expertise working directly with Fonteva modules and features. Experience with Apex development is a plus. Key Requirements: • Hands-on experience with Fonteva configuration and administration • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities • Ability to configure business processes, membership structures, and events • Experience in troubleshooting, data management, and user support • Apex coding experience is a plus Roles and Responsibilities:Fonteva Configuration & Setup: Configure, maintain, and enhance Fonteva solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Fonteva with other internal and external systems. Customization & Testing: Assist with customization of Fonteva features, including workflows, page layouts, and reports. Perform testing to ensure functionality, usability, and accuracy.
