About the Role We are seeking an experienced and capable Technical Account Management Lead to build, manage, and mentor a growing TAM function — while remaining hands-on in resolving complex campaign and platform-related challenges. You will act as the key interface between the Head of Trading and the wider delivery and client teams, ensuring operational excellence, technical precision, and a culture of ownership and accountability. This role is ideal for a technically proficient TAM or Programmatic Lead ready to expand their leadership impact while remaining deeply embedded in platform delivery and client success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Technical Account Managers supporting clients across programmatic platforms. Act as a senior individual contributor alongside the Head of Trading to ensure every campaign is launched, tracked, and optimised with precision. Provide escalation support for complex technical and delivery issues, including PMP setups, tag troubleshooting, DSP/SSP integration, and underdelivery problems. Oversee QA processes, platform SOPs, and delivery workflows to maintain internal standards. Collaborate with product, trading, and insights teams to proactively resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance platform usage. Onboard, coach, and develop junior TAMs to foster a world-class technical service culture. Ensure timely reporting, platform documentation, and closure of internal feedback loops. Contribute to platform process development, automation planning, and technical solution design to support commercial growth. What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience as a TAM, Programmatic Trader, or Technical Lead Minimum 3 years of experience managing people, including mentoring and team development Strong expertise in DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon), SSPs (e.g., OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange), and campaign QA processes Deep knowledge of PMP setups, pixels, ad tags, bid strategies, and troubleshooting delivery issues Proven operational excellence, with a detail-oriented and error-prevention mindset Clear prioritisation skills — you know when to act, when to delegate, and when to escalate Strong communicator able to bridge technical, operational, and commercial functions You’re a Great Fit If You: Lead from the front and proactively solve problems Take ownership without ego and foster high accountability Build confidence and capability in your team with empathy and clarity Take pride in precision, launch success, and technical performance Thrive in fast-paced environments where ambiguity and scale coexist Want to help shape and build the platform — not just manage it Show more Show less
