Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Technical Account Manager with over 5 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity sales. This role is focused on managing and expanding existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT solutions, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and gather feedback.Maintain clear and professional Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and update CRM systems regularly to reflect account progress.Own and manage the sales funnel; drive sales targets through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Identify and pursue new leads, leveraging industry knowledge to propose tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions.Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to craft impactful proposals and solutions.Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and commercial documents to clients.Monitor client accounts for renewals and ensure timely engagement for continued business.Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. QualificationsAccount Management skillsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsSales and Project Management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in cybersecurity or IT industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver consultative solutionsCapable of managing multiple accounts with effective time and task prioritizationSelf-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindsetKnowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, or managed IT services is a strong advantage
