Job Description

Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Flexcube parameters to align with bank operation requests in FCC, OBPM, and FCR modules. Utilize functional and technical knowledge of FC UBS and FC Retail modules of Flexcube. Apply SQL knowledge for database management and troubleshooting. Understand and manage various banking modules. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Assist in testing and implementation of new changes and updates. Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to address and fix open issues. Qualifications: Proven experience in configuring and maintaining Flexcube parameters. Strong functional and technical knowledge of FC UBS and FC Retail modules. Proficiency in SQL. Solid understanding of banking modules and operations. Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Experience in testing and implementing new changes. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with IT teams and vendors.
