The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both technical and functional aspects of SAP modules, enabling businesses to optimize and enhance their SAP solutions. This position will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering innovative SAP solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Functional Analysis and Configuration Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions. Customize and configure SAP modules in line with business needs. Technical Implementation Develop and implement customized technical solutions within the SAP environment. Design and execute enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows using ABAP or other relevant tools. Ensure seamless integration with other applications and systems where necessary. System Maintenance and Support Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for SAP systems and applications. Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with business processes. Collaboration with Teams Liaise with functional teams to evaluate business performance and identify process improvement opportunities using SAP features. Work with technical teams to integrate SAP with other technologies or third-party applications. Training and Documentation Prepare user manuals and training materials for end users. Conduct training sessions and support end-users in utilizing SAP functionalities effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, including both functional and technical roles. Proficiency in SAP modules (mention specific modules your company works with, such as SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP PP, etc.). Hands-on experience with SAP development tools, including ABAP programming, Fiori, and SAP integration technologies (IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, etc.). Strong understanding of business processes and mapping them into SAP solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Compensation: Day rate of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per day Permanent salary between 20 lakh to 50 lakh, depending on the experience Working from Home Opportunity to travel onsite
