Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience, strong expertise in AWS Lambda, MongoDB, React.js, and Node.js, and a proven track record in leading technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture using AWS Lambda, MongoDB, React.js, and Node.js. Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions. Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and performance optimization. Drive the adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and cloud-based solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor and support team members in their professional growth. Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture. Expertise in AWS Lambda, MongoDB, React.js, and Node.js. Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical projects. Knowledge in React Native frameworks Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based applications. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment. AWS certifications or relevant cloud experience. Experience in performance optimization and scalable application design. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
