Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Assessment Creator to design and develop accurate and relevant assessments to evaluate student progress. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), at least one programming language , and mathematical logic . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop assessments that accurately evaluate students understanding of key concepts. Ensure questions are relevant, error-free, and aligned with learning objectives. Manage and update assessment data across LMS/Optimus platforms. Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to enhance assessment quality. Analyze student performance data to improve future assessments. Stay updated with industry trends to maintain assessment relevance. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech / BCA graduate with 0-1 year of experience. Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) . Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++). Good knowledge of mathematical logic and problem-solving techniques . Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear and structured assessments. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
