Job Description: Job Description 1Adherence to 3M safety rules and ensure zero non compliance to 3M Policy. 2Perform Machine Safety Checklist points on daily basis & address the same if any issue. 3Basic Knowledge of LM guidelines required for operation 4Additional experience on Slicing & converter Machines (PLC controlled) will be preferred. 5Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production. 6Loading/Unloading of RM on Machine & Material Movment. 7Carry out production, inspection, box packaging and material movment activities on Production Shop Floor. 8Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary correction. 9Perform production reporting as per Log Book by end of Shift/end of SKU. 10Correct accounting of Material on Shop Floor & timely reconcillation of Physical vs System Stock. 11Active participation in daily Tier 1 to resolve shop floor issues and seek support as & when Required. 12Hourly Production Status Board & Changeover Time updation on Regular Basis. 13Active participation Kaizen Quarterly events with Minimum 2 Kaizen per Month. 14Responsible for Daily Productivity Target > 95% & Quality Product with NO Customer complaints. 15Zero LOP & unplanned abseteeism as per Target. 16Responsible for Oveall Area 5S & housekeeping. 17Material requisition for next shift operations and MRN for the finished plan 18Strict adherence to process standards Years of Experience- 0-2 Years Minimum Degree - Diploma in Engg. ( Mechanical)
