Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business needs through workshops and interviews. - Specification Development: Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and detailed technical specifications. - API Documentation: Create and manage API specifications, data flow diagrams, and integration requirements for microservices. - Solution Validation: Ensure technical solutions align with business goals, supporting testing and UAT processes. - AI Integration: Identify opportunities and define requirements for integrating Generative AI technologies to enhance business processes. - Collaboration: Liaise with solution architects and development teams to ensure alignment of solutions with technical capabilities. - Technical Expertise: Provide insights into cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containerization, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Emerging Trends: Stay informed on the latest in cloud technologies and software trends to recommend innovative approaches. Requirements: - Experience: 6+ years as a business analyst with 3+ years in cloud-based systems. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/Postman), and cloud concepts. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and cloud-native practices. - AI Awareness: Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their practical applications. - Certifications like CBAP or CSPO are preferred. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
