💼 Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Remote (India) | Full-Time Company: Expatready SAAS Based CRM Location: Remote (India) Industry: Immigration Domain| SaaS Technology | CRM Development 🌍 About Visa Master Canada We are actively developing ExpatReady – a cloud-based, all-in-one SaaS CRM platform built exclusively for immigration service providers. To accelerate our roadmap, we are hiring a Technical Business Analyst who can gather business requirements, manage UAT, document processes, build forms (drag and drop logical- No coding) , and support ad hoc technical needs—all while working remotely from India in Toronto time zone. 🔧 Your Role & Responsibilities You will play a critical role in shaping the future of ExpatReady and other internal systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Understanding and analyzing business requirements from immigration professionals. Reviewing technical documentation, system specifications , and preparing functional requirements. Testing and validating development deliverables from the CRM and form builder platforms. Building and customizing smart intake forms using tools like JotForm and likewise Working closely with the tech team to support CRM workflows, automation, and platform logic. Translate immigration workflows into functional specs for developers. Liaise between the business and technical teams to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables. Contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of ExpatReady , including QA reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT). Supporting the design and optimization of various CRMs and internal platforms used by the firm. ✅ Eligibility Criteria 🎓 Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field . Certifications in Business/System Analysis, JIRA, or CRM tools are an added advantage. 🧠 Experience 1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or CRM/Forms Developer . Experience working with SaaS platforms , form builders (JotForm, Typeform), and CRM tools (Monday, Zoho, HubSpot, custom systems). Prior exposure to Agile or software development life cycle (SDLC) is preferred. 🔍 What We're Looking For Strong logical thinking and analytical reasoning skills. Attention to detail when reading and validating business/technical documents. Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across time zones. Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
