Role : Technical Business AnalystLocation : Bangalore/Hyderabad Job Description:Role Overview: The Business Analyst in this role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing various features related to UI, Workflows, APIs, ETLs, and Dashboards by utilizing the required data from multiple system of records & related data/logs from Network and Infrastructure domain. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, network engineering, multiple product owners, and business units, to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient. Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders and network product teams to gather and document business requirements.Analyze network & infrastructure related data to derive the insights, opportunities to relate the data sets.Network and Infrastructure Knowledge:Work with network engineers and architects to understand network related data and identify the gaps in terms of the connection’s usage.Project Management:Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new infrastructure components.Documentation and Reporting:Create detailed documentation of the application that’s being builtPrepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes.Risk Management and Compliance:Identify potential risks associated with application development and share the mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to business partner connections.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in network topology and infrastructure domain.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience or a knowledge in network topology and infrastructure domains.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Knowledge on various network protocols, security practices, infrastructure management tools and the business partner connections.Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools is a plus.Preferred Skills:Software Development Life CycleCertifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.Experience in financial services or a similar industry is preferred.Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies is a plus.Knowledge in maintaining/managing the 3rd party connections About Virtusa:Teamwork, quality of life, professional and personal development: values that Virtusa is proud to embody.
