Job Description

Role & responsibilities This will be a back office, non customer facing role handling fall out from orders Will require limited order entry, disconnect orders Take ownership of technical issues caused by order/ install fallout Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for other teams or support organizations Must be able to troubleshoot fallout issues with orders or service to assist with issue resolution Preferred candidate profile English proficiency of B1/B2 mix 0-2 years of experience Passion for customer support, solving problems for customers, and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful. Experience in communications or technology delivery and implementation desired Employee should have top marks for customer support and compassion in previous reviews Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of progressive experience supporting customers in a sales, care, repair, assign, dispatch, Perks and benefits Medicare Facilities. Salary upto 2.95 - 3.2 LPA Both side cab facilities.
