Job Title: Technical Consultant NAV 2013/2016 Location: Remote Experience: 8-10 Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant NAV 2013/2016 to join our team The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, particularly in older versions, and should be adept at handling clients, understanding business requirements, and executing end-to-end ERP implementations Key Responsibilities: Work on older versions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2013/2016) Engage and interact effectively with clients, managing their expectations and requirements Analyze, understand, and interpret both explicit and implicit business requirements from internal and external customers Independently handle end-to-end ERP implementation projects, covering Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, Go-Live, and Support phases Develop, modify, and maintain NAV customizations using C/AL, C-Side Work with NAV components such as Tables, Forms, Reports, Codeunits, XMLPorts, Dataports, NAV Application Server, Page Transformation, RTC Reports, Web Services Implement third-party web services within NAV and integrate NAV web services with external applications Prepare and maintain documentation, including design documents, version management records, and test cases Handle NAV performance tuning and optimization Administer SQL Server databases, including: Database creation and management User creation and access management Automated backup processes Develop and manage SSRS Reports (preferred) Work on NAV 2009, RTC reports, pages, and 3-tier installations Lead and contribute to major NAV upgrade projects (preferred) Ensure smooth project delivery with 8-hour dedicated working hours Maintain professionalism, strong communication, and represent the organization in external forums confidently Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2013/2016) Must have completed at least four end-to-end NAV implementations Strong expertise in C/AL, C-Side, SQL Administration, and Performance Tuning Hands-on experience with NAV developments, customizations, and implementations Deep understanding of ERP implementation life cycle Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation, test cases, and design documents Experience in working on major NAV upgrade projects (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent client handling, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and deliver quality results within deadlines Preferred Skills: Experience with third-party web services integration in NAV Hands-on experience with SSRS Reports Prior experience with NAV 2009 RTC reports, pages, and 3-tier installations
