Job Description

Create and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, system documentation, online help guides, and other technical documents, across all product lines. Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation, formatting, and consistency. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly language. Ensure all documentation complies with already defined company standards for format, style, and branding. Regularly update and revise documentation based on product changes, customer feedback, or new releases. Work with development and design teams to create illustrations, diagrams, and other visual aids to improve user understanding. Test products and gather feedback to ensure that documentation reflects real-world usage and best practices. Manage multiple documentation projects and priorities while meeting deadlines. As directed by Product Management, implement documentation strategies and processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Skills and experience: The ideal candidate will have technical familiarity, with a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or commensurate background experience, who is looking to bring this experience into a role focused on clearly communicating to our customers and users how to successfully use our products. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible documentation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice to have but not mandatory: Experience with content management systems (CMS), version control (e.g., Git), and knowledge of markup languages (HTML, Markdown). Zendesk help centre experience a bonus Experience working in an Agile or software development environment is a plus. Familiarity with software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure.
