Job Description Position : Technical Content Writer Responsibilities: Create, edit, and manage technical content, including user manuals, how-to guides, technical articles, white papers, case studies, product documentation, and blogs Collaborate with product managers, developers, and engineers to gather information and understand project requirements Research and write content that is accurate, informative, and aligns with company guidelines and tone Simplify complex technical terms into digestible content for a broader audience Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content is current Optimize content for SEO purposes when necessary, ensuring high-quality search-friendly writing Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and proper grammar Maintain content consistency and adhere to project deadlines Develop FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and API documentation when needed Required Skills: Excellent written verbal English communication Experience in writing content for SaaS products, Cloud platforms, or Software Development tools Fundamental understanding of networking and HTTP protocol, REST API, JSON, and contemporary frameworks like Angular/React Familiarity with programming languages , API documentation , or software frameworks like Angular, React, or Node.js Understanding of content marketing strategies and how technical content can support business goals High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making Capable of working independently without constant supervision Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, coupled with a collaborative attitude towards teamwork Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project need Qualification: Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years
