Key Responsibilities: Content Creation Copywriting Develop engaging blog posts, case studies, white papers, and website content. Craft persuasive copy for marketing materials, landing pages, and product descriptions. Technical Writing Storytelling Translate complex SaaS product concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content. Develop technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs to support customer education. SEO Digital Content Strategy Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines. Work with the marketing team to align content with SEO and digital marketing strategies. Video Multimedia Content Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce compelling video content explaining product features and benefits. Assist in scriptwriting and content planning for video marketing campaigns. Key Skills Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, content marketing, or copywriting. Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud solutions, and enterprise technology. Experience in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
