Role charter - Tech Delivery Manager Experience - 10-15 years Location-Remote Job Description Objective Oversee and ensure the successful implementation and delivery of project Definition of success Velocity is increased and maintained Defect rate is reduced Ensure defects are appropriately prioritised within SLA Releases are happening as per agreed schedule Lead time and wait time is reduced across the teams Responsibilities Ensure processes and quality standards are followed. Provide guidance to drive improvements (e.g. all Epics follow the kicked off process and Solution Architecture documents are prepared and reviewed) Assess performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Plan for staff capacity and propose strategies to maintain an optimal allocation of the team members across all the teams Ensure Epics and Stories are scoped and sequenced in an effective and agile manner, continuously delivering meaningful functionality to team users Hold TL and PO/BA accountable for keeping their team’s backlog accurate and up to date Help with the coordination of product releases (e.g. schedule, version control, packaging, communication) Maintain project documentation and records to support audits and reviews Closely collaborate with all the stakeholders, Project Delivery Manager, PO/BA, QA, TL, and Dev Experience Expert in agile delivery practices Experience working with both product and project delivery teams Experience collaborating with distributed teams Software Engineering / Technical background 5+ years of Team Leading experience in a similar role Show more Show less
