Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 10–15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Manager with 10–15 years of experience to lead and manage the successful end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with technology execution, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Own the delivery lifecycle for multiple concurrent technology projects across domains and platforms. Lead cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and product managers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs. Ensure delivery meets business expectations and adheres to governance, compliance, and risk standards. Drive agile practices and continuous improvement within delivery teams. Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues and risks; ensure timely resolution. Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics; report on progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership. Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable. Support pre-sales and project estimation for new initiatives. Required Qualifications: 10–15 years of experience in IT project and program delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated delivery or program management role. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including agile, Scrum, and DevOps. Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade solutions in cloud and/or hybrid environments. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, including executive-level communication. Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other project/delivery tracking systems. Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in fast-paced industries such as fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS. Exposure to digital transformation projects, legacy modernization, or cloud-native architecture. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe) are a plus.
