This role demands strong project management skills, cross-functional team leadership, and client engagement expertise. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines while managing multiple projects concurrently. Client Engagement: Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and long-term relationships. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and mentor team members. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, address issues proactively. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and risks. Process Optimization: Enhance project management practices and tools for better efficiency. Skills and Qualifications Experience: 7-10 years in managing enterprise projects, with proven success in delivering complex, large-scale projects. Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall and tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project. Client Vendor Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor performance management skills. Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certifications; experience in IT implementations or SaaS solutions.
