Data-driven decision-maker, tracking teams, tasks, escalations, and planning proactively. Key responsibilities: Lead multi-technology teams in data integration, automation, and analytics . Serve as the technical champion and single point of contact for clients. Develop best practices and contribute to a Center of Excellence. Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization. Prioritize, plan, and deliver complex projects with regular updates. Mentor and coach team members and emerging leaders. Communicate proactively on projects, performance, and opportunities. Implement and refine data-driven processes for success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or equivalent. 12+ years leading software delivery teams. Skilled in Java/.Net, SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Oracle); cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Experienced with Kafka, CI/CD, automation, Selenium. Knowledge of data warehousing, AI/ML, and RPA is a plus. Client-focused, with experience managing multiple projects/clients.
