The role involves managing client inquiries, preparing cost estimates, offering value-engineered solutions, and negotiating with clients and suppliers. The position requires strong technical and communication skills, and a willingness to travel throughout India. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant markets. 2. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. 3. Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements. 4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and suppliers. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers. 6. Provide technical support before and after the sale. 7. Analyze market trends and report insights for strategic planning. Qualifications & Skills 1. Experience: 3+ years in HVAC sales or technical sales in a related field. 2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 3. In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, components, and market requirements. 4. Strong track record of sales performance and client relationship management. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
