As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a hands-on role, where you will be expected to provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and ensure the successful implementation of projects from inception to completion. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide guidance and support to ensure technical growth and success. Oversee project timelines, scope, and resources. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer requirements. Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions. Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve existing systems and processes. Promote best practices for coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration. Ensure that the team adheres to quality standards and follows industry best practices. Work closely with other teams (product, design, QA) to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. Facilitate communication and ensure that technical requirements are well understood. Identify technical issues and work to resolve them quickly. Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions. Encourage and drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies. Foster an environment of innovation and learning within the team. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical communication with clients, stakeholders, and management.
