Role: Technical Lead Role type: Full-time / Permanent Industry: Telecom/IoT/Electronics/Semiconductor · Work Experience: 12-15 Years · Job Location: Kochi, India Role Overview: As a Technical Lead at Cavli Wireless, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of cloud technologies to support our IoT products and services. Architectural Design : Spearheading the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and application architectures, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly available. Technical Leadership : Providing guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices. Code Quality Assurance : Conducting thorough code reviews, debugging sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain high-quality code standards. Requirements Analysis : Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks. Project Management : Defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Best Practices Implementation : Advocating for and implementing industry best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes. Version Control Management : Utilizing code versioning tools like GitHub to manage and track code changes effectively. 🛠️ Technical Proficiency The ideal candidate should possess: Frontend Technologies : Expertise in the Angular framework for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Backend Technologies : Proficiency in Node.js for server-side development. Programming Languages : Strong command over TypeScript and JavaScript; working knowledge of Python. Cloud Platforms : Extensive experience with AWS services, including but not limited to: Compute : EC2, Lambda Storage : S3, RDS Networking : VPC, IoT Core Serverless : API Gateway, DynamoDB DevOps Tools : CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation Version Control Systems : Proficient in using GitHub for code versioning and collaboration. 🎓 Educational Qualification Required : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA). 👥 Leadership & Mentoring Lead by example, demonstrating technical excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
