We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, with significant experience in cloud technologies, specifically AWS, and have a proven track record of leading technical teams. This role involves guiding and mentoring a technical team, collaborating with project managers, supporting IT sales efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities: Lead the development team, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. Provide hands-on expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js. Manage and optimize server infrastructure for smooth deployment and performance. Ensure best coding practices, security, and performance optimization. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve development processes. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Requirements: 5+ years of experience. Proven ability to lead and manage a development team. Expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js. Strong experience in server management (Linux, cloud hosting, deployment). Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and database management. Ability to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
