Job Title: Tech Lead Technology: Full Stack Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days working) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full-Stack development using the MERN stack and AWS technologies, and 7-10 years of professional experience. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of complex web applications, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Architect and deploy serverless applications on AWS using Lambda, SQS, S3, Event-Bridge, and API Gateway. Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB. Implement and manage messaging systems using Kafka. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them. Qualifications: 7-10 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack. Extensive experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, S3, Event-Bridge, and API Gateway. Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB. Experience with messaging systems like Kafka. Your strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js). Expertise in server-side technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express.js). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
