Job Description

Experience Range : 3-9 Years Tech Lead Power Electronics for Gurgaon location. Responsibilities :- Power System Design Lead the design and development of power systems, including inverters, converters, and related power electronics components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure power systems meet stringent performance, efficiency, and reliability requirements. Circuit Design Design and simulate power electronic circuits, taking into consideration critical parameters such as voltage, current, thermal constraints, and efficiency. Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to integrate power systems into overall product designs. Testing & Validation Develop and execute comprehensive testing and validation plans for power systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Analyze and troubleshoot issues during the testing phase, proposing effective solutions to meet performance goals. Component Selection & Sourcing Assist in the selection of components for power systems, evaluating factors such as cost, availability, and performance. Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality components for power electronics projects. Documentation Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOM), and comprehensive test reports. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of design changes and updates. Collaboration Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to integrate power systems seamlessly into overall product designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address design challenges and ensure the success of power electronics projects. Continuous Learning Stay abreast of the latest advancements in power electronics and related technologies. Apply new knowledge and technologies to enhance the performance and efficiency of power systems. Must have :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3-9 years of hands-on experience in power electronics design and testing for power systems. Proficiency in circuit simulation tools and design software. Strong understanding of power electronic components and their applications. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
