Job Title: Content Marketing Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Content Marketing Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with marketing colleagues, cross-functional teams, and leverage your creative vision to produce engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience. Most importantly, you have a passion for storytelling and a nose for finding relatable, impactful stories from our technically and clinically client and market activity, that can be leveraged to show our proven strengths in compelling, easy-to-understand fashion to the market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company goals and target audience needs. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand audience personas, industry trends, and customer pain points to inform content creation. Create and oversee the creation of a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, whitepapers, and more. Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent and timely content delivery across various platforms. Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website. Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement. Cultivate and manage relationships with industry influencers, guest contributors, and partners for collaborative content initiatives. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices. Ensure content compliance with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistency. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial roles, or related positions. Healthcare IT and/or B2B SaaS experience preferred but not required. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types. Creative thinker with a keen eye for storytelling and engaging content creation. Proficiency in content marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, analytics, and SEO tools. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent project management skills to ensure on-time content delivery. Up-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies. Highly self-motivated, ambitious individual looking for rapid career progression based on outstanding performance.
