Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Design, develop, and optimise scalable solutions using modern technologies. Lead by example with hands-on coding, debugging, and code reviews. Solve complex technical challenges and implement best practices in architecture and design. Collaboration & Communication Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully. Translate business needs into technical deliverables. Facilitate seamless communication in a dynamic startup environment. Mentorship & Team Growth Mentor developers to enhance their technical skills. Foster accountability and innovation within the team. Adaptability & Scalability Drive architectural decisions to scale products for increasing demands. Build prototypes and implement quick pivots based on feedback. Required Qualifications Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience 4+ years in software development, with exposure to leadership or mentorship roles considered a plus. Proven track record in startup environments or high-growth projects. Expertise in: Frontend : React.js, Angular, JavaScript (ES6+). Backend : Node.js, Python, API design, microservices. Cloud : AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
