Role description Experienced in Vehicle integration - DMU / packaging, Project Management , Proto and build Management , Launch Process. Should h ave worked on Projects end to end. Knowledge of NPI Gen 3 Process. Knowledge about cost / engineering process. Reporting of VAV E status, Beta Build , Proto Co - ordination and Build Issue Management. Collaboration with cross functional team, Co-ordination with Designer for close tracking of design releases, bottleneck resolution / escalation. Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements,Vehicle Proto build & testing co-ordination & issue resolution support. Engineering support for production issue resolution. Participation in design review / suggestions for issue resolution / escalation of issues. Digital & physical benchmarking. Digital Issue management, Mint Issue management. DR Gateway deliverables, Knowledge of Team Center Vis Mockup,Proficient in MS office tools, Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill. Should aware of 4D process, DFMEA/DFA/DFS / DFM,Knowledge of Modular BOM preferred,Experienced in Vehicle integration .
