We specialize in developing next-gen digital simulation platforms that blend AI, machine learning, real-time physics, and immersive 3D environments. We are seeking an experienced and talented Team Lead to join our team, working on cutting-edge Digital Twin and simulation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical artists to develop high-fidelity 3D assets and ensure the technical excellence of our digital twin and simulation environments. This role requires expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, environment design, real-time physics simulation, and an ability to optimize assets for high-performance simulations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and ML teams to create real-time, AI-driven simulations with a focus on robotics, industrial automation, and smart infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Develop high-fidelity 3D assets (buildings exteriors and interiors, vehicles, machinery, terrain, and industrial models, photorealistic environments) for real-time digital twin and simulation environments. Create photorealistic and procedural 3D models with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows using Blender 3D, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine. Optimize 3D models for real-time rendering in Isaac Sim (NVIDIA Omniverse), Unreal Engine. Implement physics-based interactions (rigging, animation, collision detection) within simulation environments. Collaborate with AI & ML teams to integrate AI-driven simulations with 3D assets. Ensure technical accuracy of assets by adhering to engineering constraints for robotics, industrial automation, and smart infrastructure applications. Generate high-quality renders & animations for marketing, training, and simulation demonstrations.Role & responsibilities
