Job Description

No of positions : 1 Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware service management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role in the automation or industrial control sector. Strong background in automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and industrial hardware systems. Key Responsibilities : Managing guiding the internal service team working on electronic hardware support. Motherboard chip Level troubleshooting and circuit tracing in Industrial PC, HMI and PLC. It should be able to identify faulty ICs and its replacement at chip level including voltage checking fault finding. Supervising service delivery to customers. Lead the team for problem solving hardware debugging Maintain spare part stock service stock Reporting to Management Key customers Technical Skills : Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues in automation systems. Knowledge of hardware interfaces, sensors, actuators, and other automation-related equipment. Familiarity with hardware/software integration and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, etc.). Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technical professionals. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Education : B.E (ENTC), B.E (instrumentation) Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
