About Us: Aarohi Embedded Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in embedded product design and development, specializing in calibration and testing services for various industries, including pump manufacturing and wastewater management. Position Overview: We seek a Technical Manager to oversee NABL calibration and testing services in our Fluid Flow Lab, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage calibration activities for fluid flow and Electro and Mechanical-technical parameters, in-house and on-site. Maintain NABL documentation and implement SOPs. Lead and train a team of engineers and quality managers. Address customer feedback and resolve calibration-related issues. Conduct daily production analyses and enhance workflows. Manage government inspections and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in calibration or laboratory management. Strong knowledge of NABL standards and excellent leadership skills.
