Job Opening: Technical Manager - Netcare Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: Minimum 7 Years Qualification: B.Tech in ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) Certifications Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network/telecom certifications About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead our Netcare Operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) technology, telecommunications, and customer support, along with proven team management and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of technical engineers and support staff. Ensure efficient operations of FTTH networks and customer support systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Supervise field operations, maintenance, and fault resolution. Maintain high standards of network performance and customer satisfaction. Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and service quality. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of FTTH, networking, and telecom infrastructure Expertise in technical troubleshooting and customer support Hands-on experience in network configuration and diagnostics Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Strong leadership, planning, and team management abilities Qualifications: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) CCNA, CCNP, or similar network-related certifications (preferred) Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience Why Join Us?
