Technical Mentor(Assistant Computer Science Professor)

Job Description

This is a full-time, ongoing, onsite position and you will be responsible for the technical growth of a cohort of 40 high-potential students. You will embed in the campus: own the outcomes of students on all technical courses and projects. This includes programming, full stack development, OS, networks, etc. all of which are taught in a hands-on practical manner. You will lead multiple industry internships and MVPs utilizing the growing skills of the students. Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they are stuck, based on the Kalvium mentorship framework. Requirements Language proficiency: excellent ability to communicate in English. Technical Requirements: Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in any one of the programming languages Python, C, C++, Java script Strong passion for problem solving and learning new technologies
