Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and technically adept Technical Product Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with modern development frameworks and methodologies. This role combines leadership in product lifecycle management, business solutions and IT business partnering while leveraging cutting-edge technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement to deliver technological solutions aligned with business objectives. You will act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring seamless integration and innovation to meet organizational goals. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven products from conceptualization to deployment and scaling. Defining and prioritizing AI product roadmaps based on business goals and technological advancements. Mentor and guide junior tech team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ability to align product strategies with business goals. Previous experience in Software development and delivery role. Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams and implementing Agile methodologies. Implement Agile methodologies to manage AI product development cycles efficiently. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and senior leadership. Prioritize tasks and manage backlogs to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Ensure IT initiatives are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization. Communicate progress, challenges and opportunities to senior leadership. Drive change management initiatives to maximize adoption and efficiency of solutions. Ensure all technical solutions adhere to regulatory, security and organizational compliance standards. Minimum Job Requirements: 10+ years of experience in technical product management with exposure to CI/CD, AI/ML, React.js, Flask, Django, and Flutter. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Familiar with popular API format Restful, Graph QL, etc. Familiar with at least one Relational Databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, PY MySQL), SQL Language Translate complex business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technical solutions Drive adoption of digital transformation initiatives using AI/ML for predictive analytics and process automation. Proven experience in developing and managing APIs and RESTful services. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Knowledge of Deploying Web App on Azure is a plus.
